A four-year starter in the Griffin backcourt, Sullivan connected on 464 field goals and 202 three-pointers over the course of her spectacular career, both school records. A two-year captain, Sullivan scored career-high 34 points twice and reached double figures in all 21 games of her senior season (1999-2000) while posting single-season program marks of 20.9 points per game (PPG) and 439 total points.

On January 13, 2000, Sullivan became the second Chestnut Hill College women's basketball player to reach the 1,000-point milestone with a 20-point performance against Albright College. Sullivan was an All-Philadelphia Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (PAIAW) performer in each of her first two seasons, in which she also served as a two-sport student-athlete. As a freshman on the 1997 PAIAW Champion Chestnut Hill College softball team, Sullivan led the Griffins in batting (.375, 6-for-16) while serving as the starting second baseman.
