A strong student and exceptional athlete, Gorczynski exemplifies the spirit of the College and the mission of NCAA Division II. Serving as team captain as a senior, Gorczynski became the seventh player in program history to score 1,000 career points after pouring in a career-high 31 in an 81-49 rout of Concordia College (NY) on January 24. She led the Griffins in three-point field goals (61-of-170, 35.9%) and steals (43) this season, also finishing as the team's second-leading scorer (14.2 points per game) on the way to her second consecutive Team MVP laurel. She also added 31 assists and nine blocks to her final ledger, while reaching the 20-point mark six times. Last year, Gorczynski led the team in scoring (13.8 PPG) and ranked 13th nationally in three-pointers made (71-of-201, 35.3%), and she shared the team scoring lead (11.1 PPG) as a sophomore. A two-time member of the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll (Fall 2014, Spring 2014), Gorczynski was selected to participate in the NCAA Career in Sports Forum last summer.
