Jessica Veazey (Middletown, DE ) before halftime, but she stopped all four that made it on goal to hold the Griffins within one.
Chestnut Hill College (10-6-1) had a few early second half opportunities on the efforts of Botbyl and Wagner, but the Griffins came away fruitless. The Huskies took advantage of a 25-5 shot differential and extended their lead on a goal from senior midfielder

Marissa McDowell (Royersford, Pa.) made three saves and earned the win. Veazey made eight saves in the loss for the Griffins.
The women's soccer team will conclude their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) schedule with a 12:00 p.m. contest at Post University on Saturday, October 24.
