The Chestnut Hill College Men's Cross Country team raced to an 11^th place finish at the Osprey Open, hosted by Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey Saturday morning.

The Griffins finished with 296 points, placing 11^th among the 15 teams competing, 21 points behind tenth place FDU-Florham.  Moravian University won the race with a team score of 28.

Jasper Faustino was the Griffins' top finisher, placing 42^nd overall with a personal best 8,000-meter time of 27:59.6.  Ryan O'Hara followed with a time of 31:30.3, placing 89^th overall.

Rounding out Chestnut Hill's top five were Kyree Griffin, Y'arie Ramas and Jeremiah Smith.  Griffin completed the 8,000-meter course in 35:12.8.  Ramas and Smith finished in 36:30.0  and 36:51.2 respectively.

Brennan Hasbrouck and Moussa Coulibaly rounded out the Chestnut Hill finishers, with Hasbrouck crossing the line in 43:52.1 and Coulibaly in 48:37.6.

The men's cross country team returns to action on Saturday, September 26 when they compete at the West Chester Purple and Gold Open.
