Biography

FRESHMAN (2010) - DiGiovanni led a telented freshman class with a season of individual accomplishments. She earned the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Year award and garnered both All-CACC First Team and All-Tournament Team selections after totaling five goals and four assists. She appeared in 18 contests, starting 16 and recording game-winning tallies at Nyack College on October 16, 2010, and in the CACC Opening Round contest against Dominican College on November 1, 2010.

SOPHOMORE (2011) - DiGiovanni returned for her sophomore season as a constant offensive threat; leading the Griffins in shot percentage (.276) and in penalty kicks (2-of-3), while ranking second on the team in goals (8) and points (17). She started all 19 matches in the Griffin midfield. DiGiovanni scored three game-winning-goals in 2011, netting the clinching tally against Lock Haven University (9/4/11), Post University (9/24/11), and Holy Family University (10/19/11).

JUNIOR (2012) – DiGiovanni was the model of production for the CACC, totaling a league-league-leading 16 goals and 35 points (3 assists) over 19 contests (19 starts). Providing three game-winning-goals, DiGiovanni earned her second All-CACC First Team selection. She recorded her first collegiate hat trick in a 5-2 victory over Concordia College (NY) on September 15, 2012, and earned two honorable mentions for the CACC Player of the Week (9/17/12 and 9/25/12) award. She was selected as the 2012 Most Valuable Player (MVP) and was recognized on the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Spring 2013 Academic Honor Roll.

SENIOR (2013) – DiGiovanni collected her third All-CACC First Team honor and her subsequent all-region recognitions from Daktronics and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with a team-high 18 points on eight goals and two assists. She started all 17 contests on the schedule and offered the Griffins game-winning-goal as one of two tallies in a 5-2 CACC win at Post University on September 15. She appeared on the CACC Weekly Honor Roll in each of the next two weeks (9/23/14 & 10/1/14); depositing an early second-half goal in the tie at Felician College on September 21 and having a hand in each goal of the Griffins goals in the victory over Dominican College on September 28. She finished her collegiate career at Chestnut Hill College, second all-time in goals (37) and points (84). She was a member of the Chestnut Hill College Spring 2014 Athletics Academic Honor Roll and selected as the team’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the annual Athletics Awards Reception.
