Biography
FRESHMAN (2010-2011) - Ceniceros led the Griffins in singles victories as a freshman, posting a 13-6 overall individual record. He primarily played at number four singles, offering an 11-5 record. In doubles, he paired with a variety of partners for a 9-11 record. He played primarily at number two doubles with Mario Gutierrez (Malaga, Spain); they finished 5-6 in that slot.
SOPHOMORE (2011-2012) - In 21 matches, Ceniceros posted a 10-10 singles record and a 13-8 mark in doubles play. He played a majority of his individual matches at number three singles where he posted a 10-9 standing. In doubles, he accumulated a 13-8 mark while competing in each team flight. He played alongside Michael Humes (Philadelphia, PA) in a majority of his doubles matches; they were 7-7 at number two doubles.
JUNIOR (2012-2013) - Ceniceros finished third on the Griffins single matches with 15-8 overall individual performance. He teamed up with Michael Humes (Mount Laurel, N.J.) to become the team’s top duo with 20-4 performance record in second and third doubles.
SENIOR (2013-2014) – Ceniceros finished 7-2 overall between third, fourth, fifth, and sixth singles, posting a perfect 4-0 mark out of the number six slot. His only victory at third singles, in the April 16 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) finale against Philadelphia University, was the 100th of his career, making Ceniceros the first player in program history to reach that milestone. He garnered a 9-4 record (7-4 @ #3) in doubles with partner Michael Humes and finished his career with 104 total victories.
