FRESHMAN (2014) – Green scripted a standout rookie season that ended with her selection as the team’s Most Valuable Player (MVP). Green garnered a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Honor Roll Mention for her performance at the Millersville University Metrics on April 5, when she threw the javelin to a season-best 25.38 meters. She also teamed with freshman Courteney Glennan, sophomore Rachel Barnett, and freshman Darby White to finish third in the Women’s 4x100 Meter Relay (58.49) at the CACC Championships and also picked up points in the throws, placing fifth in the Javelin (27.34 meters). Green logged a season-best of 19.98 meters in the Women’s Discus Throw at the Collegiate Track Conference Championship (4/19/14).
SOPHOMORE (2015) – In her first season as a co-captain, Green was honored with the team’s Coach’s Award. She participated in five meets, competing in the shot put, 60 meter dash, and 200 meter. Her best performances placed her 33
rd (shot put, 8.18 meters) in the Molloy College Invitational on February 13, 33
rd (60m, 9.39) at the Frank Colden Invitational on February 7, and 30
th (200m, 35.62) at the St. Joseph’s College Winter Invitational on January 17.
JUNIOR (2016) – Green finished 22
nd in the shotput (6.54m) and 42
nd in the 60 meter dash (9.92; season best) at the Frank Colden Invitational on February 6. She finished first as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (1:00.48) at the St. Joseph’s Spring Opener on March 26. Green finished seventh in the javelin (27.23m; season best), 16
th in the shot put (7.81m), and 33
rd in the 100 meter (15.52; season best) at the Danny Curran Invitational April 1-2. She placed 12
th in the javelin (25.85m) and 16
th in the shot put (8.25m; season best) at the Mid-Week Twilight Invitational on April 13. Green finished 23
rd in the javelin (25.32m) and 36
th in the shot put (8.00m) at the Widener Invitational April 22-23. She placed ninth in the javelin (24.89m), 19
th in the shot put (7.93m), and competed in the hammer throw, while finishing sixth as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (58.06) at the CACC Outdoor Conference Championship on May 1
.
SENIOR (2017) – Green was a captain for the Griffins in her final season at Chestnut Hill College, competing in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, shot-put, javelin-throw, and was a member of the 4X100 “A” team. She recorded her season best in the 100 meter dash (15.04; 59
th) and the javelin-throw (28.90m; 26
th) at the Lions Invitational on April 28-29. She had a top-10 finish at the shot-put (8.82m; 9
th) at the CACC Outdoor Conference Championship on May 7.
