Biography

FRESHMAN (2010): Cavallo started all 38 games at first base for the Griffins, batting .273 (30-for-110) with, a team-high, ten runs-batted-in (RBI). She was recognized with the Coach's Award at the annual Athletic Awards Reception.

SOPHOMORE (2011) – As a team co-captain, Cavallo led the Griffins in batting (.294, 32-for-109), runs (19), and homeruns (4) to earn the team’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) award at the Annual Athletic Awards Reception. She started all 38 contests at first base and anchored the lineup from the clean-up spot with 20 RBI and a .477 slugging percentage.

JUNIOR (2012) – In her second season as the team MVP, Cavallo was responsible for a majority of the Griffin offense. She led the Griffins in batting (.321, 25-for-78), runs (9), hits (25), homeruns (3), RBI (11), total bases (39), slugging (.500), and on-base percentage (.391). In a 10-6 loss to St. Thomas College on April 9, she went 4-for-4 with a double and a homerun, while scoring twice and knocking in two runs.

SENIOR (2014) – Cavallo set the all-time hit mark (114) in the season finale versus Caldwell College (4/26) and was honored as the team's Most Valuable Player (MVP). She batted .276 (27-for-98) with a .330 OBP and a team-high .469 SLG on seven doubles and four homeruns. She scored ten runs and knocked in 13. She also earned recognition on the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Academic Honor Rolls.
