Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2014) – Cordero gave a strong first-year effort, participating in four meets and earning recognition on both the fall 2014 and spring 2015 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls. He finished 32^nd (32:25.9) at the Queensborough Community College Invitational on September 14, 29^th (32:57) at the Philadelphia Metro Meet on September 27, 118^th (30:18) at the Paul Short Invitational on October 4, and 65^th (34:04) at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship Meet on November 2.

SOPHOMORE (2015) – Cordero participated in three events, offering his best effort at Caldwell University’s Cougars Chase Invitational on October 17; he ran the five-kilometer (5K) course in 19:01.20 to place 24^th in the field. He additionally placed 43^rd (30:21.04) at the Bill Fritz/Charlie Way Memorial Invitational (9/19, 8K) and 57^th (33:04.70) at the CACC Championship Meet (10/25, 8K). Cordero also earned academic recognition on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Fall 2015 All-Academic Team.
