Biography
SOPHOMORE (2014-2015) – Ducretot played in the middle of the singles lineup, compiling a 14-9 singles record between the second (1-0), third (0-1), fourth (1-2), and fifth (7-3) flights. He led the Griffins in individual tournament wins (5-3) and finished second on the team in overall singles wins (14). He was similarly impressive in doubles play, combining with fellow freshman Lucas Bocaletto (Itatiba, Brazil) for a 3-1 tournament record and posting a 13-7 doubles record in dual play with Steven Say ’15 (5-4) and junior Henry Boyle (London, England) (8-3) between number two and number three doubles. Ducretot earned recognition on the March 24 and April 22 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Weekly Honor Rolls, the later coming with a CACC All-Tournament selection.
JUNIOR (2015-2016) – In his first season as team co-captain, Ducretot handled a majority of the competition at number four singles (7-7, .500) and finished the season at 13-8 (.619) as an individual. He was a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Tournament performer alongside freshman Pierre Kohler (Les Sables d'Olonne, France). With Kohler, Ducretot complied an 18-10 (.643) doubles record. The duo finished 14-9 (.609) at number one doubles and offered a 4-1 (.800) run to reach the quarterfinal round of the United States Tennis Association (USTA)/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) East Regionals. They garnered the ITA East Region’s #6 spot in the final poll of the season. Ducretot was named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll on February 22.
SENIOR (2016-2017) – The senior captain ended his Chestnut Hill College tennis career with a 15-6 (2-1 @ #2, 6-0 @ #3, 4-3 @ #4, 2-1 @ #5) singles record. He also teamed with sophomore Pierre Kohler (Les Sables D’olonne, France) for a program-best, 21-3 (18-2 @ #1, 1-0 @ #2) doubles record. They earned 18 of those victories came in the top team flight and were ranked #1 in the final Oracle/ITA Collegiate Rankings DII Men's East Regional Rankings of the season (May 24). Ducretot’s efforts landed him an All-CACC First Team selection, a CACC Championship Tournament Most Valuable Player (MVP) award, and the 2016-2017 Men’s Tennis Coach’s Award.
