SENIOR (2016) – Hightower finished third in the 110 meter hurdles (16.10) at the Philadelphia College Classic on March 19. He placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles (57.24; season best) at the Danny Curran Invitational April 1-2. Hightower notched a first place finish in the 110 meter hurdles (15.74; season best) and a third place finish in the 400 meter hurdles (57.55) at the Mid-Week Twilight Invitational on April 13. He placed sixth in the 110 meter hurdles (15.91) and competed in the 400 meter hurdles at the Widener Invitational April 22-23. He recorded four top-10 finishes at the CACC Outdoor Conference Championship on May 1; finishing fourth in the 110 meter hurdles (15.80), fourth in the long jump (6.13m; season best), sixth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:02.02) and sixth as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:47.37). Hightower earned CACC Weekly Honor Roll recognition twice on the season (4/18, 3/31).
