Biography

SOPHOMORE (2017) – The pitcher (20gp-2gs) competed in 20 contest as a reserve recording a 3.55 ERA in 23.2 innings pitched. She posted a 1-1 record with four walks and 12 strikeouts. Academically, she placed on the fall and spring Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls, the CACC All-Academic team, and earned the D2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement award.

JUNIOR (2018) – Heaton (16gp-5gs) appeared in 16 games, pitching in 12 of them as a reserve.  In those contests she posted a 0-3 record, with a 5.35 ERA in 18.1 innings pitched while recording four strikeouts. A stand-out in the classroom, she earned recognition on the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Fall 2017 and spring 2018 Academic Honor Rolls and garnered a spot on the All-Academic Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference team; because of her efforts she was inducted into the Chestnut Hill College’s Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
