Biography



FRESHMAN (2016-2017) – Brogna contributed a 160 game in the Griffins’ 1,002-871 win over Mount Aloysius College at the Bud Whitman Memorial Tournament. At the Kutztown University Invitational (2/3), she ranked 98th thanks to a 784 (156.8/game) pin total. Academically, Brogna earned recognition on both the fall 2016 and spring 2017 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.

SOPHOMORE (2017-2018) – Brogna received the Coach's Award after completing 477 of 479 frames during the 2017-2018 season, offering a 16.50 pins-per-frame average, a 70.4% frame fill percentage, an 8.47 first-ball pin average, and a 29.4% strike percentage. She also flourished academically in her sophomore year, garnering both Fall (2017) and Spring (2018) Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll awards, a National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team membership,  a Philadelphia Inquirer Women's At-Large Academic All-Area Team membership, she was recognized as a National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association (NCBCA) Academic All-American, and added a Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award.
