Biography
FRESHMAN (2016) – Lynch was one of four Griffins to compete in all six events. He placed 23rd (19:07.3) in the five-kilometer (5K) race at the Philadelphia Metro Meet (9/10) and offered his best eight-kilometer (8K) performance with a top-20 (14th) time (30:55.0) at the Queensborough Community College Invitational (9/18). Academically, he earned recognition on both the fall 2016 and spring 2017 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.
SOPHOMORE (2017) – Lynch recorded his season-best (18:5136; 43rd) in the 5K at the Misericordia University Invitational on September 1. When the Griffins traveled to Newark, Delaware for the University of Delaware Invitational (9/16), Lynch’s 32nd place (31:02.02; season best) assisted in the team’s fourth-place (4th of 10, 87 points) finish.
