Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2008): Burdziak started all 41 games in her freshman campaign serving as a utility player. She mad 18 starts at pitcher while also playing at second base, third base, and in the outfield. Burdziak recorded a 4-13 record with a 4.33 earned-run-average. Offensively, she contributed a .099 (9-for-91) batting average. She was recognized with the Coach's Award at the annual Athletic Awards Reception.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Burdziak showed tremendous improvement, finishing the season as the Griffins leading batter. She posted a .279 (34-for-122) batting average and scored 17 runs while starting all 43 games. Burdziak posted a 2-17 record on the hill with a 8.33 ERA. She was named the team's Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the annual Athletic Awards Reception and earned all-academic status from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).

JUNIOR (2010): Served as team co-captain with Janean Ciancia while starting all 38 contests as the Griffins shortstop. She led the team with a .296 (32-for-108) batting average and tied for the team lead in runs scored (9). Burdziak earned her second team MVP award at the annual Athletic Awards Reception and she was named to the CACC All-Academic Team (Spring 2010), the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll (Fall 2009 & Spring 2010), and a Athletic Directors Association Academic Achiever.
