Prior to Chestnut Hill:  was a two-year starter at Harcum College, leading the team to a 24-2 record in his two seasons…team won Region 19 championship in 2021…had one goal and two assists in 2021...had two assists in 2020…named to the NJCAA Division I All-Region 19 team
 
Prior to Harcum:   was a member of the Phelps School boys’ soccer team…named best player of the region
 
Personal:  son of Miguel Mendez Martinez and Teresa Fernandez Gomez…has two brothers, Alejandro and Nacho
