Stephanie Sargent joined Coach Cranney’s staff as an assistant coach for the 2015-2016 athletic year. A professional dancer for 21 years, Sargent is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, African , and praise dance. She was also a member of the cheerleading team at Cheltenham High School, in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania.
Sargent graduated from Temple University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in arts for english literature. While attending Temple, she was a member of the Step Team and Cheerleading Team (2007-2011).
Sargent is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Chestnut Hill College in Administration of Human Services. As a personal philosophy, she promotes the importance of education; both scholarly and worldly, and aims to impact youth through performing arts and sports activities, encouraging them to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual strength.
Outside of Chestnut Hill College, Sargent works as an administrator for Divinity Manor Personal Care Home, serving geriatric mental health residents. She currently resides in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.
