2024:  ran an 8K personal best time of 30:55.2 at the CACC Championships on 10/27, placing 38th overall…competed at the Interregional border battle at rowan University on 10/19 finishing with a time of 33:32.3…finished 11th overall at the Penn-State Brandywine Invitational with a time of 33:38.0…competed in the 4K race at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational on 9/28, finishing with a time of 15:38.1…placed 42nd at the Delaware Invitational with a time of 38:20.4

2023:   competed at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship on 11/4, finishing the 10K race with a time of 39:00.8…placed 31st at the CACC Championship at Belmont Plateau on 10/22  with an 8K  time of 31:00.6…finished 15th overall at the Cairn University Meet with a time of 33:24.1…made his cross country collegiate debut at the Jack St. Clair Invitational at Belmont Plateau on 10/7, finishing with an 8K time of 36:35.4

Athletic Honors:  Named the winner of the 2024-25 Performance of the Year Award at Chestnut Hill’s Annual Griffin Awards  for his continuing to race under adverse conditions at the CACC Championship Meet in October.

Service at Chestnut Hill:   participated in cleanups along the Wissahickon Trails

Prior to Chestnut Hill:   Was a four year member of the Upper Dublin High School Cross Country and Track and Field Program

HS Honors:  Team Captain…Second Team All-League Cross Country…Earned National Academic Honor Roll accolades twice.

Personal:   Only son of Ryan and Aimee O’Hara

On Choosing Chestnut Hill:   It seems like a good school, and I really liked the coach that I was coming to run for (Coach Hankins)
