Mike Paukovits joined the Chestnut Hill College golf coaching staff as an assistant amidst the 2015-2016 season. He assumed interim head coach responsibilities prior to the 2017-2018 season and was officially introduced as the program's head coach prior to the 2018-2019 season. A member of the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA), Paukovits brings a wealth of competitive golfing experience and coaching skills to help the Griffins.

Paukovits also owns and operates his own golf coaching business at
mikepaukovits.com. He enjoys working with golfers of all ages and ability levels at multiple facilities in the Philadelphia area. Paukovits coaches his students to reach their potential and accomplish their golf related goals. Prior to owning his own coaching business, Paukovits held positions as the Senior Assistant and Teaching Professional at St. Davids Golf Club (2012-2019), and First Assistant Professional at Stonewall (2010-2011). Paukovits’ work history also includes Assistant Golf Professional positions at Moselem Springs Golf Club (2006-2009), Jim McLean Golf School at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida (2008-2009), and Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta, Florida (2009-2010).

Paukovits received his bachelor’s degree in business management at East Stroudsburg University (ESU) in 2004, where he competed on the golf team. Prior to attending ESU, he was a State Champion at Northampton Community College where he became a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010. Paukovits still enjoys competing in local Philadelphia PGA Section events.
