Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2015) – Burns proved to be a highly-valued reserve (18gp-3gs), contributing six points (2 goals and 2 assists) in those appearances. He provided an assist in the season opener at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT, L, 1-4) on September 3 to earn a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week award on September 7. His first collegiate goal as the Griffin’ second in a 3-2 league triumph over Caldwell University on October 17.

SOPHOMORE (2016) – Burns competed in 14 contests (14gp-5gs), making five starts. He recorded 11 shots and offered one assist (1 point).

JUNIOR (2017) – The forward led the Griffins to triumph during the September 16 matchup against Dominican College, where he contributed both goals in the 2-1 victory. His efforts earned him a CACC Weekly Honor Roll recognition for the week of 9/19. Those two goals were his only goals recorded for the season. He also recorded one assist and offered 11 shots (5 points). Academically, he earned a Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll accolade for spring 2018.

SENIOR (2018) - Burns (19gp-11gs) offered a solid senior season with seven points (2 goals, 3 assists). On October 20, he assisted on the first and third Scarlet and Gold goals of a 3-1 victory over Felician University.
