JUNIOR - (2016) – Milligan finished 23^rd in the 100 meter (14.23; season best) at the Danny Curran Invitational April 1-2. She finished 30^th in the 200 meter (29.83; season best), and first as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (57.13) at the Mid-Week Twilight Invitational on April 13. Milligan finished 68^th in the 200 meter (28.94), 14^th as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (56.10), 17^th as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (4:28.86), and competed in the 100 meter as the Widener Invitational April 22-23. She finished sixth in the 400 meter (1:06.75; season best), sixth as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (58.06), and seventh as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (4:37.88) at the CACC Outdoor Conference Championship on May 1.

SENIOR (2017) – Milligan finished 56^th in the 100 meter (15.00) at the Danny Curran Invitational March 31-April 1.
