Wilmington, Del. - (9/23/2021) - Chestnut Hill College (2-6, 0-2) evened tonight's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match at Goldey-Beacom College (5-8, 1-2) with a 25-18 second-set victory, 1-1. A late third-set rally gave the Griffins a 21-20 edge over the Lightning, but the advantage was short-lived as the home team scored five of the last seven points to win the frame, 25-23 (2-1). Goldey-Beacom College slowly pulled away in the fourth set and eventually distanced themselves for a 25-19 win, 3-1 (25-19, 18-25, 25-23, 25-19).
Freshman outside hitter
Erika Dubosky (Summit Hill, Pa.) led the Scarlet and Gold with 16.0 points on a 14-kill effort that came with a pair of aces. She also recorded a team-high 20 digs. Senior middle hitter
