The Scarlet and Gold won number one doubles thanks to a 6-3 win from Meirovich and junior
Carlota Garcia Arguelles (Madrid, Spain), but Ram wins at number three (6-0) anf number two (6-3) doubles already secured the team point for Jefferson, 1-0. The Rams proceeded to win two more singles points, 3-0, before Meirovich's retirement-win put Chestnut Hill College on the scoreboard, 3-1. Unfortunately, Jefferson clinched the victory with a 6-2, 6-4, win at number two singles and followed it with additional points at number four (6-4, 2-6, 6-0) and number three (7-6 (3), 6-4) singles, 6-1.
