Box Score The Chestnut Hill College Women's Tennis took traveled to Loyola University to take on the Division I Greyhounds, falling to the host team 7-0 Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Griffins fall to 3-7 with the loss. 

The Griffins' #1 doubles team of Carlota Garcia Arguelles and Romi Meirovich earned a 6-4 win over Olivia Tracey and Anna Rico but the Griffins lost at #2 and #3 doubles to give the greyhounds the point.   Nele Haag and Annika Wise dropped their #2 doubles match 6-4.

Loyola swept the singles competition winning all five contests and the sixth by default. Garcia lost at #1 singles to Tracey 6-1, 6-3 while Haag lost at #2 singles to Lauren Manwiller 6-3, 6-0.  Wise lost at #3 singles, 6-0, 6-1 and Meirovich dropped her match at #4 singles 6-0, 6-3.  Gianna Vassalluzzo lost at #5 singles 6-0, 6-1.

The Chestnut Hill College women's tennis team is back in action with a match at Jefferson University on March 23, 2022.
