The Chestnut Hill College Women's Bowling team completed day two of the FDU-New Jersey Open on Saturday, dropping all five baker matches
The team falls to 0-9 on the season with the losses.
The Griffins opened the day losing to host Fairleigh Dickinson University 991-725. Victoria Forbes filled nine of ten frames in the match. Chestnut Hill's other Division I opponent in the tournament on Saturday, Delaware State University, handed the Griffins a 965-674 loss in the second match. Forbes filled eight of ten frames while Cora Olsen filled seven. Olsen also had a 50% strike average in the match.
Molloy defeated the Griffins 817-614 in the third match with Olsen filling seven of ten frames.
The Griffins final two opponents were fellow conference members Felician University and Caldwell University. Felician earned an 899-729 victory while Caldwell was an 844-698 winner in the final match. Taylor Graham filled seven of ten frames in the Felician match. Graham and Alexis Horton had a perfect 100% effort on single pin spares in the contest. The Griffins had their two highest games of the day against the Golden Falcons with scores of 184 and 199.
