Biography

FRESHMAN (2009) - McKay played in 13 contests and started in ten of them. She totaled one goal, one assist, one ground ball, three draw controls, and two caused turnovers while improving throughout the season.

SOPHOMORE (2010) - McKay was a constant on attack for the Griffins, starting 16 of 17 contests and totaling ten points. She finished the year with seven goals, three assists, eight ground balls, five draw controls, and four caused turnovers. McKay was a member of the 2010 CACC Spring All-Academic Team and the 2010 Fall and Spring Chestnut Hill College Spring Academic Honor Roll.

JUNIOR (2011) - While serving as a co-captain, McKay appeared in 17 games for the Griffins and started 16. Her 25 goals and 31 points (six assists) were fourth on the team in both categories. McKay offered a career best performance in the Griffins 23-10 win over Post University on April 17; she scored six goals in all, including the game-winner, while also recording three draw controls, a ground ball, and a caused turnover. On the season she totaled ten groundballs and six caused turnovers. She finished the year 5-of-14 (35.7%) on free position opportunities.
