Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2012-2013) – One of two freshman to join the regular lineup, Owens was 11-9 as an individual; including her 8-8 record at number six singles. In doubles play, she teamed, more often than not, with fellow freshman, Iman Williams-Mulesa (Pickering, Ontario). They combined for a 10-7 record at number three doubles. She was the was an Honorable Mention for the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week award on October 11, 2012.

SOPHOMORE (2013-2014) – Owens was a mainstay at the number six singles slot, posting a 16-9 overall record that included a 2-0 mark at number five singles and a 1-0 standing at number four singles. Owens won a pair of doubles matches with junior Morgan Oechsle (Coopersburg, Pa.) out of the number three flight and represented the Griffins on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Tournament Team.

JUNIOR (2014-2015) – Owens was 11-11 in singles play, competing between the number three (3-1), number four (3-4), number five (0-1), and number six (4-4) singles; she was also 1-1 in tournament play. In doubles play, Owens contributed to a 17-12 mark, appearing in matches with freshman Hannah Hills (Maize, Kan.) (2-0 @ #2), Morgan Oechsle ’15 (2-1 @ #2, 5-1 @ #3, 3-1 tournament), junior Iman Williams-Mulesa (Pickering, Ontario) (5-8 @ #2), and junior Haley Craskey (Aston, Pa.) (0-1 @ #3). She was also recognized on the Chestnut Hill College Spring 2015 Athletics Academic Honor Roll.

SENIOR (2015-2016) – Owens was the second Griffin to earn her 100^th career victory during the course of the 2015-2016 season, earning her historical win alongside junior Laure-Anne Josso (Vannes, France) in an 8-5 number two double triumph against the University of Tampa on March 3. She finished the season 15-13 (.536) in singles play, competing primarily at number four singles (9-9, .500). Menawhile, in doubles play with Josso, Owens accumulated a 17-10 (.607) mark. They offered a 12-7 (.632) record at number two doubles. She was a CACC Weekly Honor Roll mention on October 19 and also earned academic recognition on the Chestnut Hill College Spring 2016 Athletics Academic Honor Roll.
