Biography
FRESHMAN (2013) – Weidner appeared in one game.
SOPHOMORE (2014) – Weidner started 16 of 17 contests in the Griffin backfield, providing three goals, three assists, 23 ground balls, three draws, and 12 caused turnovers in her second collegiate season. She earned academic recognition on both the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Chestnut Hill College Athletic Academic Honor Rolls and was recognized on the CACC Spring All-Academic Team.
JUNIOR (2015) – Weidner (17gp-15gs) continued to serve as a starting defender, providing an assist, 26 ground balls, two draws, and 11 caused turnovers. She was recognized on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Spring 2015 All-Academic Team.
SENIOR (2016) – Weidner (19gp-18gs) served as a co-captain, earned Second Team All-CACC, and earned the Coaches Award winner. She scored one goal, collected 24 ground balls, secured eight draw controls, and caused 13 turnovers. Weidner was named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll once on the season (3/14). She earned Division II Athletics Directors Association Academic Achievement Award accolades, a spot on the spring 2016 CACC All-Academic Team, and was recognized on both the fall 2015 and spring 2016 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.
