Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2014) – Shunk was the Griffins’ top newcomer (30MP-29MS), leading the team in blocks (73, 8th in CACC) while ranking third in kills (150, 6^th best rookie total) and points (195.0). She stared 29 of 30 matches (30mp-29ms). She recorded back-to-back double-digit kill performances on October 31 and November 1 with a dozen kills in consecutive CACC losses at Georgian Court University (L, 2-3; 24-26, 17-25, 25-23, 25-15, 11-15) and at Dominican College (L, 2-3; 17-25, 26-28, 25-8, 25-15, 14-16).

SOPHOMORE (2015) – Shunk was a mainstay on the Griffin frontline, making 29 starts in 32 matches (32mp-29ms). She finished fifth on the team in kills (111) and second in blocks (52, 12BS-40BA) to finish fifth in points (145.0). She provided three double-digit scoring efforts with the top two totaling 11.0 points; nine kills (.615 Ht%, 9K-1E-13TA) and four block assists in a 3-2 (10-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-23, 15-10) loss to American International College on September 11 and nine kills (.438 Ht%, 9K-2E-16TA), a solo block, and two block assists in a 3-0 (25-11, 25-23, 25-22) loss to Caldwell University on October 3. Shunk was a member of the Chestnut Hill College Fall 2015 Athletics Academic Honor Roll.
