FRESHMAN (2010) - Covella's 16 goals ranked her third on the team in scoring. She started all 17 contests with her best performance coming in the season finale at Moravian College on April 27. Covella totaled four goals, three draw controls, a ground ball, and a caused turnover.

SOPHOMORE (2011) - Despite missing five games due to injury, the sophomore co-captain ranked third in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in goals-per-game by averaging 3.67 goals over 12 contests. Covella earned an All-CACC Second Team selection after leading the Griffins in goals (44), points (52), and shots (103), while also providing 28 draw controls, 13 ground balls, and six caused turnovers. She recorded two game-winning goals, the first in an 11-point (nine goals and two assists) performance against Holy Family University on March 22 and the second in the Griffin very next contest; a 14-12 win over Dominican College on March 26, in which she provided seven goals and an assist. Covella was 13-of-27 (48.1%) on free position attempts and she was recognized with the team's Most Valuable Player (MVP) award at the Annual Athletic Awards Reception.
