Biography

FRESHMAN (2013) – Keimig enjoyed a stellar freshman season with 19 points (18 goals and an assist), 26 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers, and a team-high, 58 draws. She started all 16 of the contests in which she appeared, offering her best performance with four goals, nine draws, and a ground ball in the Griffins 16-13 loss at Shepherd University on April 21.

SOPHOMORE (2014) - Despite only participating in nine contests (9GP-9GS) due to injury, Keimig earned the team’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) award with 15 goals, eight assists, 15 ground balls, 32 draws, and nine caused turnovers. She was named the CACC Defensive Player of the Week on March 10 after providing six goals, two assists, eight ground balls, and ten draw controls, and five caused turnovers in the first three contests of the season. She also qualified for the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Spring 2014 Academic Honor Roll.

JUNIOR (2015) – Keimig (14gp-10gs) served as team co-captain while tying for the team’s fourth highest point total (25) on 19 goals and six assists. She also recorded 17 ground balls, 27 draws, and caused ten turnovers while successfully converting 5-of-15 (.333) free position shots. Keimig recorded a career-high five goals in addition to supplying an assist in the Griffins’ CACC Championship Tournament appearance at #4 Wilmington University (L, 20-22 on April 21). She was also recognized on both the fall 2014 and spring 2015 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.

SENIOR (2016) – Keimig (19gp-19gs) served as team co-captain while leading the team in scoring with 72 points, 58 goals and 14 assists. She was named the team’s MVP, First Team All-CACC, and ranked fourth in the conference in goals (58), third in points (72), and second in shots (124). Keimig earned CACC Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week honors on 3/23, and was named to the CACC Honor Roll on four occasions (4/27, 4/18, 3/14, 3/8). She corralled 33 ground balls, collected 34 draw controls, caused 20 turnovers, and maintained .421 (16-for-38) free position percentage. Keimig earned Division II Athletics Directors Association Academic Achievement Award accolades, and was recognized on both the fall 2015 and spring 2016 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.
