FRESHMAN (2014) - Newman did not appear in any contests.

SOPHOMORE (2015) – Newman (13gp-0gs) served as a defensive reserve in all 13 contests, scoring his first collegiate goal in a 13-9 East Coast Conference (ECC) loss at Molloy College on March 8.

JUNIOR (2016) – Newman (12gp-2gs) appeared in 12 games, making two starts. He recorded two points (1 goal, 1 assist), seven ground balls and four caused turnovers.

SENIOR (2018) – Newman (17gp-17gs) was a starting defender for the Griffins, collecting 45 ground balls and causing 25 turnovers. He also recorded three goals. He was a member of the Spring 2018 Chestnut Hill College Honor Roll.
