FRESHMAN (2015-2016) – Awl saw playing time in 24 contests, starting four of those during his rookie campaign (24gp-4gs). Part of the balanced Griffin scoring attack, Awl averaged 6.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.04 assists and 0.5 steals per game. He shot .381 (51-of-134) from the field, .288 (17-of-59) from three, and .630 (34-of-54) from the free throw line.

SOPHOMORE (2016-2017) – Awl (24gp-21gs) emerged as an offensive threat, earning 21 starts in 24 appearances thanks to a 9.3 points-per-game (PPG, 222 points) average.
He also totaled 79 rebounds (3.3/game), 42 assists, a block, and 23 assists. Awl shot .347 (66-of-190) from the field, .363 (29-of-80) from three point range, and .803 (61-of-76) from the free throw line.

JUNIOR (2017-2018) – The junior guard (26gp-15gs) proved to be an important piece to the Griffins overall strategy. He logged three entries on the Men’s Basketball Weekly Report (12/18, 1/29, 2/19) for his outstanding efforts.  His very first CACC honor roll mention consisted of  a career-high, 10 (10-of-20, .500) field goals and led four Griffins in double figures with a team-high, 26 points in a 86-76 loss at Shepherd University on Saturday, December 16. He finished the season with 320 points (12.3/game), 98 rebounds (3.8/game), 61 assists, and 20 steals.
