Biography

FRESHMAN (2010) - Timony started five out of the six contests in which she participated. She totaled two goals, four draw controls, and a ground ball.

SOPHOMORE (2011) - Timony had a breakout year with 27 goals and a total of 31 points. She provided two game-winning-goals, the first in the Griffins 19-3 win over the University of Bridgeport on March 13 and the second in the 15-13 defeat of St. Thomas Aquinas College on April 16. Timony scored four goals in both wins over Post University (4/9 and 4/17), she finished the season 6-of-16 (37.5%) on free position shots, caused seven turnovers, and recovered ten ground balls.

JUNIOR (2012) – In a breakout season, Timony earned All-CACC Second Team recognition after leading the Griffins in goals (42), points (45), shots (118), and draw controls (45). She recorded a season and career-high seven goals in a 20-16 victory at Post University on March 24. She also scored the Griffins game-winning-goal in a 17-11 season finale victory over Wilmington University on April 25. Additionally, she collected 23 groundballs and caused eight turnovers.

SENIOR (2013) – While serving as a team captain, Timony became the sixth member of the Chestnut Hill College Women's Lacrosse 100-goal Club after recording three strikes against Holy Family University on April 3. She was a four-time mention on the CACC Weekly Honor Roll (3/18, 4/2, 4/9, 4/22) and a one-time CACC Player of the Week, on March 11, after totaling eight goals, an assist, two ground balls, five draws, and a caused turnover in the Griffins first two CACC contests of the season. Timony was an All-CACC First Team selection and an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) DeBeer DII North/South All-Star after a breakout season as the Griffins leader in goals (47) and points (54), while also offering 36 draw controls, 27 groundballs, and 12 caused turnovers. She was recognized as the women’s lacrosse team’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) at season’s end.
