Biography

FRESHMAN (2007-08) – Led the Griffins in scoring with 13.2 points per game (PPG) and tied Shawn Bolling for the second best rookie season in program history (357 points). He started 19 out of 27 contests and collected the CACC Rookie of the Week Award for the week ending January 13. He also led the Griffins in assists (67) and steals (46).

SOPHOMORE (2008-09) – Started seven out of 25 games, averaged 9.0 PPG, and finished second in assists with 68.

JUNIOR (2009-2010) – Williams’ season was cut short due to an unfortunate back injury. He started five out of the six contests he was eligible for, averaging 7.3 PPG.

JUNIOR (2010-2011) - Williams bounced back from injury to finish the 2010-2011 season second on the team in scoring (11.8 PPG) while leading the team in assists (95) and steals (48). He recorded three performances with at least 20 points including 22 points, three rebounds, seven assists, and three steals in a loss to Slippery Rock University on November 27, 2010. He finished the year with 955 career points, 45 points shy of the 1,000-point career milestone.
