FRESHMAN (2014) – Demey saw limited time (4GP) as a reserve backstop. In three plate appearances, he recorded his first collegiate hit (1-for-2, .500), a run-scoring single against Lincoln University on April 16, and reached first base on a beanball.

SOPHOMORE (2015) – Demey (20gp-7gs) served as a backup catcher, appearing in 20 games and starting seven. He carried a .222 (4-for-18) batting average with a double garnering him a .278 slugging percentage. Demey drew six walks for a .462 on-base percentage that produced a stolen base (1-of-1, 1.000) and four runs.

JUNIOR (2016) – Demey started eight of the 20 games (20gp-8gs) he played in behind the plate. He offered a .296 (8-for-27) batting average and a .333 slugging percentage thanks to a lone double. Demey scored nine runs and knocked in four while drawing five walks and striking out three times.

SENIOR (2017) – Demey (25gp-4gs) made four starts in 25 appearances, offering a .200 (7-for-35) batting average, a .263 in on-base percentage, and a .229 in slugging percentage. He led the Griffins in pinch hits and pinch-hit at-bats (6-for-20), while recording three runs, three runs-batted-in (RBI), and two walks. Demey earned recognition on the fall 2016, Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic 2016 Honor Roll.
