A four-year member of the Chestnut Hill College baseball team, Dan Morgan ’12 joined Coach Spratt’s staff as an assistant prior to the 2016 season. In 29 appearances (14 starts, 85.1 innings pitched), Morgan contributed a 5-5 record and a save on a 3.48 earned-run-average (ERA), which ranks fourth all-time.

As a sophomore (2010), Morgan rebounded from injury to serve as the Griffin workhorse out of the bullpen. He logged 25 innings in 14 appearances, limiting opponents to a .207 (17-for-82) batting average while recording a win and a save on a 1.08 ERA.
Morgan currently resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania, working as an account executive for SAP America, Inc.
