Mark Roth

Mark Roth began his first season as an assistant for the Chestnut Hill College baseball team in 2012, after spending the last seven seasons as an assistant coach at Delaware Valley College. Coach Roth played at Delaware Valley College from 2002-2004 and played under Head Coach, Bob Spratt, at Penn State - Abington from 2000-2001.
 
Roth is an accomplished collegiate baseball player. While at Penn State - Abington, he was a two-time All-State player, including a Second Team All-American selection in 2003 and an Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year award in 2001. Roth was a First Team All-Region and a, three-time, First Team All-Conference selection while playing at Delaware Valley College. Coach Roth graduated from Delaware Valley College in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
 
Roth works at the MaSt Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a disciplinarian. He is also the Associate Director of Coach Spratt’s Total Skills Baseball Camps. He currently resides in Plymouth Meeting with his wife, Kathryn.
