Chestnut Hill College Athletics

FRESHMAN (2015) – Kelley (30gp-17gs) was one of the Griffins’ standout rookies, batting .293 (17-for-58) while logging a 2.79 earned run average (ERA) over 9.2 innings of work. At the plate, Kelley scored 12 runs and drove in 11 more with a .362 slugging percentage off 17 hits (4 doubles). He offered a .423 on-base percentage (10 walks) and stole 12 bases (12-for-13, .923). Meanwhile, on the mound Kelley (11 appearances) allowed three runs on six hits and 15 walks while striking out nine.

SOPHOMORE (2016) – En route to an All-CACC Second Team laurel, Kelley led the Griffins in wins (6-4) thanks to a 3.72 ERA and a team-high 79 strikeouts in 13 appearances (13app-12gs). He allowed 28 earned runs on 62 hits and 42 walks, holding opponents to a .246 (62-for-252) batting average over 67.2 innings of work. Kelley was also named to the CACC All-Tournament Team after holding Felician University to one earned run over six innings of work in a 2-0 loss on May 12. He allowed four hits in the contest while waking six and striking out seven.

JUNIOR (2017) – Kelley allowed 24 earned runs and a 3.12 earned run average (ERA) on 59 hits and 35 walks. He struck out 52 over 69.1 innings of work.

SENIOR (2018) – Kelley finished 3-0 (7gp-5gs) with a 6.06 ERA. He allowed 24 earned runs on 49 hits and 20 walks, while striking out 22 in 35.2 innings or work.  Kelley was a member of the spring 2018 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll.
