Biography

JUNIOR (2013) – Cavazza served as one of the Griffin bullpen’s left-handed specialists, working 11.1 innings over 12 relief appearances. Cavazza finished the season with a 7.15 earned run average (ERA), averaging nearly a strikeout per inning (0.88, 10K/11.1IP).

SENIOR (2014) – Cavazza carried the Griffins lowest ERA (1.42) through six appearances that totaled 6.1 innings of work. He earned a share of a shutout and allowed one earned run while walking five and striking out six. He earned academic recognition on both the Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.
