Biography

SOPHOMORE (2012) -  Finnegan contributed a solid sophomore season to the Griffin pitching staff with a 3.93 earned run average (ERA) and a 2-3 record over 34.1 innings in eight starts (11 appearances). He allowed 15 earned runs on 37 hits and 13 walks while striking out 21.

JUNIOR (2013) – Finnegan made two starts in 11 appearances. He recorded a 5.17 earned run average (ERA) and a 0-2 standing, allowing nine earned runs on 21 hits and seven walks while striking out five over 15.2 innings of work.

SENIOR (2014) – Making a move to first base, Finnegan appeared in six contests and logged eight plate appearances that included two hits (2-for-7, .286), two runs, and two runs-batted-in (RBI). He recorded a .429 slugging percentage (SLG%) and a .375 on-base percentage (OBP). Finnegan earned academic recognition on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Spring 2014 All-Academic Team and Spring 2014 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll.
