Chestnut Hill College Athletics

2024:  played in all seven games…led the team with two interceptions on the season…second on the team with 2.5 sacks and 8.5 tackles for loss…fourth on the team with 32 total tackles…recorded his first interception of the season in the Griffins’ win vs. Caldwell on 9/20…had six tackles (five solo), two of which  resulted in lost yardage at Army on 9/27…had a season high seven tackles (four solo) vs. Navy on 10/12…also recorded his second interception of the season against Navy and had a five yard return on the play…had four tackles (one for loss) at Mansfield on 10/19…recorded six tackles (five solo) and added 1.5 sacks for 19 yards, 2.5 tackles for loss (23 yards) and forced a fumble vs. STAC on 10/26…closed out the season with six tackles (five solo), one sack and two tackles for loss at Penn on 11/8.

2023:  played in six games as part of CHC’s defensive unit…recorded multiple tackles in five of the six games…had three tackles vs. Penn on 9/15…recorded four tackles at Caldwell on 9/23…had eight tackles, three for loss at STAC on 10/6; also had one sack…recorded a career-high nine tackles  including a sack vs. Mansfield on 10/14…had three tackles and a pass breakup at Navy on 10/20…added five punts for 136 yards with a long punt of 38 yards against Navy.

Athletic Honors:  All-CSFL Second Team Defense in 2024…CSFL Weekly Honor roll 10/28.

Prior to Chestnut Hill:    was a member of the Polytech HS football team where he was an all-conference safety…Earn defensive and Team MVP honors…also played basketball and was a jumper on the track and field team…Polytech’s basketball team earned conference championship while he played...placed second in the Delaware State Championship in the triple jump….

Personal:  one of two children of Leslie and Marcus Jenkins…has a younger brother.
