Biography

JUNIOR (2014) - Koehler transferred from Northampton County Community College to serve as the Griffins everyday shortstop (33GP-31GS). He batted .217 (20-for-92), scored 16 runs, knocked in 11 more, and earned a .359 slugging percentage (SLG%) on the strength of three doubles, two triples, and two homeruns. Koehler also drew 12 walks for a .339 on-base percentage (OBP) and stole eight bases (8-for-10, .800). He was beaned five times and was recognized as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week on March 24 after going 3-for-4, with six RBI in the baseball program’s 100 all-time win; 12-4 versus Concordia College (NY) on March 22.

SENIOR (2015) – Koehler (43gp-43gs) was the only Griffin to appear and start in all 43 contests. He did so while offering a .265 (40-for-151) batting average, a .344 slugging percentage, and a .358 on-base percentage on seven doubles, a triple, a home run, and 18 walks. Koehler scored 33 runs and knocked in 17 while stealing 17 (17-of-20, .850) bases.
