Biography

FRESHMAN (2010) - After joining the team midway through the season, Shaughnessy appeared in two games during her freshman season.

SOPHOMORE (2011) – In her first full season of collegiate lacrosse, Shaughnessy proved to be a quick learner and was rewarded with seven starts in 16 games of participation. On defense, she recovered eight ground balls and caused 13 turnovers.

JUNIOR (2012) – Starting all 16 contests on defense, Shaughnessy continued to improve at her craft by collecting 15 groundballs and causing 13 turnovers.

SENIOR (2013) – Shaughnessy served as a team captain and started 11 of 17 contests while offering five points (three goals and two assists), six ground balls, a draw, and four caused turnovers from the Griffin backfield.
