FRESHMAN (2013-2014) – Milligan started 13 times in 26 contests, averaging 2.7 points-per-game (PPG) and 2.6 rebounds-per-game (RPG) in the Griffin frontcourt. She finished third on the team with 13 blocks, also contributing 22 assists and 17 steals.

SOPHOMORE (2014-2015) - Milligan (22gp-8gs) was able to contribute to 22 contests (eight starts), averaging 2.4 PPG and 2.8 RPG. She shot .295 (18-of-61) from the floor, .375 (3-of-8) from three-point range, and .565 (13-of-23) from the free throw line while also providing 17 assists, 13 blocks, and 17 steals. Her best performance came with seven points, seven rebounds, an assist, two blocks, and three steals in a 78-53 loss at Kutztown University on November 24.

JUNIOR (2015-16) – Named one of the three captains for the season, Milligan played in all 27 games, starting 26 of them (27gp-26gs). She played 887 minutes (32.9 minutes/game), shooting .348 (73-of-210) from the field, and .647 (55-of-85) from the free throw line. En route to three CACC Weekly Honor Roll mentions (11/30, 2/8, 2/15) and two CACC Defensive Player of the Week awards (11/23, 2/1), Milligan scored 201 points (7.4 points/game), while totaling a team-high 267 rebounds (9.9 rebounds/game), 74 assists, 39 steals, and 26 blocks.
