Biography
JUNIOR (2016-2017) – Tumasz (27gp-14gs) transferred from Shippensburg University to rank second on the Griffins in scoring (368 points, 13.6 points/game). She was named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Student-Athlete of the Month for January (2017) after leading Chestnut Hill College with 13.6 points-per-game (PPG) and 3.7 rebounds-per-game (RPG), 17 assists (2.4/game), and 17 steals (2.4/game); she shot 44.0% (33-of-75) from the field, including a 37.7% (20-of-35) mark from three-point range over the seven-game span. Tumasz finished the season shooting .386 (119-of-308) from the field, .388 (80-of-206) from three point range, and .862 (50-of-58) from the free throw line. She totaled 111 rebounds (4.1/game), 66 assists, four blocks, and a team-high 50 steals. Academically, Tumasz was recognized on the 2016-2017 Division II (DII) Athletic Director Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Awards and both the fall 2016 and spring 2017 Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Rolls.
