Coach Jarrad Hankins began his coaching career as the assistant varsity and head junior varsity coach for the Central Dauphin East High School boy’s volleyball program (2011-2013, 2018). He served as head coach for the 15U boy’s team at Prevail Volleyball Club (2018) and as assistant varsity and head junior varsity coach for the Bishop McDevitt High School girl’s volleyball program (2019-2021). He served as assistant varsity and head junior varsity coach for the Halifax Area High School girl’s volleyball program (2022-2024) and played an integral role in helping the team clinch back-to-back conference championship wins and qualify for district playoffs. 

Hankins served as a head coach for 15U and 17U girls teams at Fusion Volleyball Club (2020-2025) where he trained many of Central PA’s top athletes, most of whom went on to play collegiately at D3, D2, and D1 institutions. 

Hankins graduated from Penn State Harrisburg with a bachelor’s degree in business management. While in school, he co-founded and served as president of the Penn State Harrisburg men’s volleyball program. He attended Lower Dauphin High School where he was a member of the boy’s volleyball program as an outside hitter.
