Karlie McCreary joined the Chestnut Hill College volleyball coaching staff prior to the 2018 season as a volunteer assistant coach.
McCreary comes to Chestnut Hill College from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated in May 2017 with a B.A. in Chemistry while minoring in Spanish for the professions.

As for her volleyball playing experience, McCreary played four years as an outside hitter at Pennridge High School and also two years at the club level for Infinity and GPS.

Currently, McCreary is an applications technologist in technical service and development at the Dow Chemical Company. She resides in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.
