Giancarlo Martines (Cherry Hill, N.J.) garnered the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men’s Track Athlete of the Week award while sophomore
Courteney Glennan (Sewell, N.J.) earned an Honor Roll mention for the league’s Women’s Field Athlete of the Week.

The Chestnut Hill College men’s track team participated in three events during the first day of competition at Widener University’s Danny Curry Invitational. The most noteworthy finish of the day’s activity was in the 5,000-meter race where Martines, sophomore
Samuel Mondello (Staten Island, N.Y.), and junior
Daniel Repsik (Haddonfield, N.J.) respectively placed 23
rd (15:55.08), 42
nd (16:19.61), and 52
nd (17:20.54).

On day two, Glennan leapt to a length of 3.96 meters in the women's long jump, earning Chestnut Hill College a 16th place finish in the event.
