Elisabeth DiGregorio (Conshohocken, PA ) kept Chestnut Hill College close the Post University through the opening game 25-20. However, the Eagles improved with each game taking the next two 25-17 and 125-14 for the 3-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) win.
Chestnut Hill College (4-13, 0-7) started strong trailing Post University (4-14, 4-3) 18-15 midway through the opening game. The Eagles managed to separate and take the game 25-20 before continuing on to the 3-0 win. Freshman outside hitter
Aubrey Latham (Mystic, Conn.) led the Eagle attack with a .321 (14K-5E-28TA) hitting percentage. She provided 14 kills and also made eight digs. Additionally, junior outside hitter
Teresea Hodges (San Diego, Cal.) made ten kills and freshman defensive specialist
Brieonna Skipper (Rahway, N.J.) hustled to 11 digs.

Courtney Gallo (Wilmington, DE ) helped Tohanczyn run the offense with nine assists and two aces. Tohanczyn supplied six kills and five assists, hitting .267 (6K-2E-15TA) in the match. Defensively, Tohanczyn made eight digs and DiGregorio reached 18 digs.
The women's volleyball team hosts Philadelphia University in a 7:00 p.m. match on Monday, October 5 for their next CACC contest.
